1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to Kurashi Beauty — US only. We are a US-only storefront and do not operate outside the United States. If you are outside the US, this site is not intended for you.

All pricing is denominated in USD, all products ship from Amazon US, and this site is operated from and intended for users located in the United States.

2. Information we collect

Newsletter email. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the email address you submit and a source tag identifying which page the signup came from. Email is stored in our subscribers database table alongside the timestamp of capture. We use this only to send the newsletter you asked for — we do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Server logs. Standard web server logs (request timestamp, route, user agent, IP address) are retained for a short operational window. Polsia infrastructure may also capture anonymized visitor counts.

3. Affiliate tracking — Amazon Associates

#ad — As an Amazon Associate, Kurashi Beauty earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon and other affiliate networks may set cookies or read identifiers to attribute sales to this site. The Amazon Associates program operates under the disclosure standard described at amazon.com/help/associates/disclosure.

By using this site you consent to these cookies for affiliate attribution. If you do not consent, you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or you can navigate to Amazon directly to make purchases without going through an affiliate link on this site.

Per FTC guidance (16 C.F.R. Part 255), affiliate links on this site are clearly labeled with #ad or an explicit disclosure adjacent to the price and call-to-action, on every product card and on the page-level affiliate disclosure in the footer.

4. Third-party tracking

We may use third-party analytics and advertising pixels to understand how visitors use this site and, in the future, to measure paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.). These third-party services set their own cookies or read identifiers and operate under their own privacy policies.

We currently load a Polsia analytics beacon on the storefront to record anonymized page visits and a per-browser visitor identifier stored in localStorage. This beacon is distinct from the Amazon Associates affiliate cookies described above.
